If you have issues using the installer .pkg and the ExportPlugin doesn’t show up in Aperture you can download the zipped plugin file directly.

Copy TumblrExport.ApertureExport to ~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug-ins/Export/ and restart Aperture.
